Components |
- 4’ ( 1,2 m) wide wooden structural panels, pre-assembled at the plant with +/- 4’’ (10 cm) wide planks with moulded mortises and tenons; wall height 52” (1,32 m);
- Panels are flexible and the quantity of panels used determines the dimension of the pool;
- Columns are 100% wood, solid and aesthetic. They are handmade and are bonded and screwed in the plant;
- 100% one piece wooden top rail, 9’’ ( 23 cm) wide;
- Non-slip seat cap made with easy-to-install talc-filled resin;
- Full height 49’’ ( 124,5 cm) wood fastener cover, attractive and secure;
- Solid pool assembly using three 5/16” (8mm)galvanized steel cables in an aesthetic plastic sheath that provides protection against chlorine and salt. Cables’ breaking point : 9800 lbs;
- 1/8’’ (3,2 mm) insulating foam inserted between the liner and wood panels, to provide a smooth surface that protects the liner;
- Vinyl liner fastened with a standard in ground pool fastening system, installed in the plant;
- Packaging: delivered on pallets in 3 or 4 boxes, depending on the size.

Wood species used: |
- Gray pine treated at high temperature for the walls
- Red cedar for the top rails.
- Yellow pine pressure treated with micronized copper azole (MCA) for the columns, posts and braces.
